Wine produced from a careful selection of the best Cavigliano grapes, vinified only in the best years, directly in oak barrels. Whole vinification gives remarkable longevity to the wine. Given its preciousness, this Merlot is bottled only in magnum.

Excellent with noble, succulent and spicy red meats, duck, pigeon, mature cheeses, game.

The grapes come from old vineyards of the Terre di Pedemonte. Fermentation and maceration take place directly in French oak barrels using the integral winemaking technique. After a 30 day maceration the wine remains in barriques for 30 - 40 months.
Color: intense ruby ​​red. Perfume: intense, broad and fine. The notes of spices and red berries blend harmoniously with the very fine and elegant notes of wood. Taste: soft attack, well-balanced structure, broad and harmonious with a very persistent finish and velvety tannins. Power, elegance and freshness are the main characteristics of this great wine.
