Ideal pairing with raw fish. Not surprisingly, it proves very popular with fish finger food appetizers or with sushi. Do not underestimate its potential also with white meats (roast chicken) and risottos even with vegetables such as radicchio and asparagus.

Pure chardonnay and a gentle effervescence on the palate.
Crystal clear, creamy and seductive.

Soil: morainic and permeable soil, designed by remote water flows, largely the architects of the Franciacorta terroir, in which the more fertile medium mixture, well endowed in organic matter, is complemented by a more sandy profile.
Training system: simple Guyot.
Planting density: 6,000-8,000 vines per hectare.
Average age of vines: 25 years. Vineyard yield: 95 quintals of grapes per hectare.
Must yield: 60%, equal to 57 hectoliters per hectare.
