Champagne Gerard Perseval Privilège - 1er cru - Blanc de noir

For several generations, the Perseval family has owned its vineyards, about 20 hectares in total in the commune Chamery, 1er Cru of the Montagne de Reims.
Respect for nature is one of their principles: no herbicides and grassing of the vines since 1980. Treatments are done with natural products.
