Absolut 100 is a super-strong premium vodka produced by the famous Absolut brand. It is made from Swedish water and winter wheat, and distilled using traditional techniques to produce a clean, smooth vodka, but with a more intense profile than the standard version. The distinctive 50 percent vol. (100 proof) gives it more body, structure and aromatic character: notes of grain, light pepper and dried fruit round out the flavor profile. It lends itself both to very cold smooth tasting and as a base for more structured cocktails (e.g., Vodka Tonic, Moscow Mule or Negroni Rivisitati).
