From vineyards coming from the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG territory, on the slopes of the first Dolomite spurs in the northern part of the province of Treviso in the Felettano hills.

Excellent as an aperitif, or with appetizers, first courses based on fish and vegetables, succulent and fragrant fresh and soft cheeses.

Fermentation In white, without the skins at a controlled temperature of 20 °C. Aging In steel tanks for a period of 1 month. Second fermentation Martinotti method (Charmat): slow natural refermentation in an autoclave at a temperature of 12 - 14 °C with a short rest on the yeasts to preserve the fruitiness. Bottle pressure 4.5/5 atm.
Sparkling wine with a pale straw yellow color with green reflections. Impeccable in clarity enriched by a minute of incessant perlage. The fruity note emerges from the aroma with apple, pear and peach. The floral is present with a delicate hint of rose and acacia flower, a faint vegetal note emerges in the finish. On the palate it is fresh and gives a sweet and soft note which then leaves room for a more clearly present acidity, limoncina. Balanced, light, slim, it has excellent drinkability.
