The Forno winery was founded in 1940 by the progenitor Andrea, who began his long winemaking adventure, handing down his passion to his son Andrea and grandsons Andrea and Salvatore.
The Greco (native grape variety) vines are trained in the espalier system, with a density of 4500 vines/Ha and a yield of 80 q.li/Ha, on clay-limestone soils.
