Sandy calcareous soil and 6,000 vines per hectare: no herbicides, no systemic treatments, soil management with shredding and milling, only organic fertilization in autumn and green manure with legumes. Deliberately limited production, to concentrate the great aromatic heritage that only Moscato is able to offer in the few remaining bunches.

Excellent with baked pastries such as fruit tarts, panettone, pandoro, colomba, biscuits and not too acidic fruit.

It is always harvested in August; the harvest is manual in boxes and with the help of carbon snow which helps keep temperatures under control to preserve the quality of the grapes. Vinification in the absence of oxygen to preserve the aromas; fermentation takes place at 15 degrees of temperature for 10 days. The yeasts are indigenous to the countryside, the result of a pied de cuve previously prepared starting from the grapes of the vineyard collected and pressed, for a wine intimately linked to its territory.
Colour: intense straw yellow with delicate white foam and medium persistent perlage. Bouquet: broad and elegant with hints of white musk, sage and honey typical of muscat grapes. Taste: pleasantly sweet and fresh,
