Château Suduiraut located in Preignac, covers 92 Ha not far from Château Yquem and produces one of the best wines in the appellation. It is named after its former owner Leonard de Suduiraut, who received it as a dowry from his wife in 1580. Since 1992 it has been owned by the Axa Millesimes group.
Château Suduiraut, Premier Cru Classé in 1855, is one of the historic vineyards of Sauternes. Rigorous selection, in the vineyard and in the cellar, guarantees the elaboration of Château Suduiraut wines, which represent the happy expression of this exceptional terroir.
