Château Poujeaux, owned by the Cuvelier family since 2008, is located on the magnificent gravel slopes of Grand-Poujeaux, a single uninterrupted parcel northeast of Moulis. Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) and Merlot (40%), the typical Médoc grape varieties, are planted along with Petit Verdot (5%) and Cabernet Franc (5%). The soil types and grape varieties marry perfectly, resulting in rich and elegant wines.
