The Hervé family, historic owners of Château Moulin Haut Laroque, whose origins date back to 1607, began bottling their own production in 1890. The estate of about 16 hectares was developed in 1977 through the work of Jean-Nöel Hervé and his wife Dominique, assisted by their son Thomas, who joined the company in 2012.
