The Château Haut-Brion vineyard is located in the commune of Pessac, a few kilometers southwest of Bordeaux. It is part of the Pessac-Léognan appellation, north of the Graves wine region of Bordeaux. Château Haut-Brion is the only one to have the dual distinction of Premier Grand Cru Classé in 1855 and Cru Classé de Graves. The 51-hectare property currently belongs to the Dillon family, represented by Robert Dillon, Prince of Luxembourg, who manages the estate.
