Testuz is not only the best known and most emblematic winery in Lavaux, it is a piece of the cultural and economic heritage of Canton Vaud. The Testuz dynasty present in the heart of Dézaley since 1538, thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit perpetuated from generation to generation, has established itself thanks to brands that have become icons for Vaud wine lovers, such as Arbalète, a Dézaley of great complexity.
After difficult years, in 2021 the reins of the winery passed to Daniel Dufaux and Lionel Chevalley, both renowned winemakers determined to restore luster to this historic winery. The winemaking cellar has been completely refurbished so that it can achieve the results of excellence sought for a cru located in an exceptional landscape with vertiginous slopes and cyclopean terraces, a region listed as a UNSCO World Heritage Site.
