Jean-Hervé and Laurent Chiquet current owners of Jacquesson, have really twisted the concept of brut sans année, making it much more in line with the concept of terroir, type of cultivation and winemaking, bringing the natural diversity of the various vintages into the glass. In their 700 series, not only the reserve wines of each vintage are combined, but even the assemblage of previous cuvées: we are dealing with a true multimillesimé. This philosophy is indicated on the back label, where each year we find the percentages used of each grape variety and the different ratio of vintage to reserve wine.
