The farm located in Casale Marittima (Pisa) chosen for vacation in 1997 has been transformed into a winery due to the passion for transalpine wines of its owners, the Swiss family of Pagani-De Marchi, assisted by wine consultant Michele Satta. Since 2019, Matteo Pagani, son of Pia Pagani-De Marchi has taken the reins of the winery, changing not only the image but also redefining the production philosophy, renewed in step with the times.
