Olmata was born to express the complete wine-growing vocation of the Casale Marittimo area in a bottle. Made up of 20% Sangiovese grapes and Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon in equal parts, it is the expression of all the company's vineyards.

Excellent with grilled beef and red meats in general, game, mature cheeses.
