Sandy limestone soil and 6,000 vines per hectare: no herbicides, no systemic treatment, soil management with chopping and milling, only organic fertilization in the fall and green manure with legumes. Deliberately limited production, to concentrate in the few remaining bunches the great aromatic heritage that only Muscat can offer.
