Gianfranco Fino's adventure began in 2004, with the purchase of an old alberello vineyard of only 2 hectares, later increased to 18 with the purchase of old vines ranging from 50 to 90 years old. The basic philosophy of the work of Gianfranco and his wife Simona is simple: maniacal care of the vines, very low yields and few interventions in the cellar, solely aimed at the expressive enhancement of Negroamaro.
