Excellent as a meditation sparkling wine, paired with crustaceans, fine molluscs, mature cheeses.
Classic method with 120 months maturation on the yeasts. Half of the Chardonnay ferments in barriques.
Colore giallo paglierino con delicati riflessi verdognoli, perlage molto fine e persistente. Sorprendente per la freschezza che lo caratterizza, Centoventi è raffinato e complesso, ricco di frutta esotica, con sentori di mela e pesca gialle mature, di gelatina di arance e di miele di agrumi. Al palato presenta ottime consistenza e cremosità, ben bilanciate da una grande salinità e da un lungo finale.
