Named after the medieval remains of a Dominican convent at the foot of the "Grande Muraille." The estate consists of only 2 hectares of vines, composed solely of Merlot, the princely grape variety of the Libournais, on a high quality clay-limestone soil, has been owned by the Cuvelier family since 2012. Under the vineyard in the property's cellar, both winemaking and wine aging are carried out.
