Five generations of winemakers in La Morra; deep is the Oberto family's connection to the Langhe. The first vineyards were purchased by great-great-grandmother Maria in the late 1800s. But it was in the second half of the 1900s that the Oberto family purchased the important Roggeri cru. In the 1980s the current winery was built, with panoramic views of the Barolo hills.
